Jessica Collette is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Sneeringer Monahan Provost Redgrave Title Agency in Albany, NY. At SMPR Title Jessica focuses on building customer relationships, supporting local businesses and non-profits, and ensuring SMPR is represented in the community. Previously, Jessica was the Branch Manager and Assistant Treasurer for Capital Bank – A division of Chemung Canal Trust Co. in Albany. Jessica is involved with Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless, is a Board Member for The Albany Damien Center and is the Chairperson for the Colonie Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee. Jessica has been a CAYP member since 2010 and joined the Board of Directors in July 2011.

Adam M. Breault, Esq. joined the Albany law firm of Meyers & Meyers, LLP in December of 2006 as a magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School. Adam’s practice focuses on commercial and business law, immigration, personal injury, real estate, and estate planning, as well as many other areas of practice. Before joining Meyers & Meyers, LLP, Adam practiced law in Syracuse where he focused primarily on medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury law. Upon graduating law school, he served as an appellate law clerk for the Appellate Division, Third Department in Albany. Adam has been a member of CAYP since 2007 and a member of CAYP’s Board of Directors since May of 2010.

Eric is the Marketing Coordinator at Interfaith   Partnership for the Homeless where he works to identify appropriate channels   in which to promote programs and services as well as reach out to and attract   volunteers to support the agency.  He  received his Bachelor’s degree from Siena College in Marketing/Management,   where he served as the Chairperson of the Student Events Board and an intern for the Office of Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing.  He is passionate about using his   experiences to increase the capabilities and effectiveness of non-profit   organizations.  Eric has been a member   of CAYP since 2012.

Greg is an Accounting Analyst with IPLogic, Inc., one of the Capital Region’s largest computer networking companies, where he handles accounts receivable, customer credit, month-end processes and assists with all other corporate finance activities.  Greg grew up near Hudson, NY and graduated from Siena College with a BS in Accounting in 2008.  He started his career with a small CPA firm in Albany before transitioning to corporate finance, first with a local dairy manufacturer, then moving to IPLogic in March of 2011.  Greg is also involved with the NYS Society of CPAs Young CPAs and is a member of the American Association of Notaries.

Erica Hogan is a Project Administrator at Bast Hatfield Construction, LLC.  Founded in 1977, Bast Hatfield has built hundreds of commercial and retail facilities in the Capital Region and throughout the Northeast.  A graduate of Manhattan College, Erica received a BS in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology.  She served as the Captain of the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Team (MAAC Champions 2000) and Senior Class President.  With ten years of professional experience through corporate gifts, awards and promotions, she has spent more than half of her career in New York City.  After two years in the meeting planning industry in Philadelphia, Erica returned to her roots in the Capital Region.  She has traveled extensively in Europe, and participated in a three week service trip to South Africa.  Erica also works part-time for Creative Marketing Concepts, a local promotional marketing company.  She has been a CAYP member since 2012 and joined the board in July 2012.

Kate Fruscione is the Event Coordinator at The Business Review. She organizes, markets and tends to all the behind-the scene details that make events like The Business Reviews 40 Under Forty luncheon such a popular occasion. Events are a major part of weekly newspapers’ success, and she plans more than 30 events a year, including the popular Power Breakfast Series, and Book of Lists Premiere Party.  Before joining The Business Review, Kate was the Special Events Coordinator at the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York, and an Account Executive with WNYT News Channel 13. She has degrees in Broadcasting/Mass Communication as well as Spanish from The State University of New York at Oswego. Kate graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2008. Since events are her specialty, Kate will be organizing the monthly networking events for CAYP as well as continue to be the committee chair for CAYP For A Cause, also known as CFAC.
 

Stephanie Hadcock

Stephanie Hadcock is the Medicare Innovation Coordinator at CDPHP, a physician-founded, non-profit, health insurance company in Albany, NY. She is responsible for analyzing and improving existing departmental processes, and the maintenance of the CRM system for the Medicare department. Prior to her position at CDPHP, Stephanie was a personal banker for Bank of America. She received a B.S. in Economics from Union College in 2009, and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. Stephanie joined the CAYP Board of Directors in November, 2013.

Subhash Modasra is a Sales Manager for the Albany Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACCVB), an independent, not-for-profit corporation that serves as Albany County’s Official Tourism Promotion Agency (TPA), as well as an administrator of the Capital-Saratoga Region’s marketing efforts, and the Hudson Valley marketing efforts. Subhash graduated from the State University of New York at Delhi with a BBA in Hospitality Management. At Delhi he was a campus leader and served on the executive board of three nationally recognized organizations. Prior to the ACCVB, Subhash worked operations for various hospitality establishments including the Sagamore Resort. He has been a CAYP Member since 2013.

Olivia is a Client Services Representative for Capital Bank and interns with the Rensselaer County Historical Society.  She received a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University in 2012 and serves as the Young Alumni Co-Chair for the Cornell Club of the Greater Capital Region.  Olivia enjoys volunteering within her community. She is an active member in the Kiwanis Club of Troy, NY currently serving as Vice President and Kiwanis Advisor to the Russell Sage College Circle K International Club.  Olivia has been a CAYP member since 2013.

James Weiss is an Associate at the Martin Shudt Law Firm in Troy, NY.  Graduating from Albany Law in 2011 James worked as a small business consultant.  Joining Martin Shudt in the winter of 2013 he has concentrated his legal practice on business law, labor and employment, and some work in real estate and estate planning.  Following his passion for business James studied abroad in Seoul completing coursework in international commercial arbitration.  Hailing from Syracuse, James has lived in the Capital Region since 2008 when he began his law school career, and has been a member of CAYP since 2013.
