For many professionals in their 20’s and 30’s, going into business for themselves or working their way up the corporate ladder can be daunting when their colleagues tend to be older, have more experience and a larger network of contacts. Capital Alliance of Young Professionals (CAYP) strives to help young professionals of the Capital Region make successful career moves and decisions.
